The Go Far Program exists to ignite a spirit of generosity and creativity in everyone. A beautiful synergy of paying it forward and giving it back. The 8-week, paid program connects young designers starting their career, with senior leaders in the industry starting their own business. A holistic curriculum of real-world work, sprints with client deliverables, ongoing mentorship, personal and professional development training, and knowledge-sharing from Farco experts across multiple disciplines—brand, research, strategy, UX/UI, and motion.
Next program starts fall 2024. Download the brief to apply.
Before being a Go Far Designer, Irene had an extensive background in Architecture (10 years prior in London) and was looking to pivot to a career in product design. During the 8-week program, she worked alongside a lead product designer on a white-label design system for an American insurance client. Her contribution was felt immediately, learning quickly and taking responsibility for her own parts of the project. Today, she is a Product Designer at Farco and works on both national and international clients.
In her own words: "When the program ended, they asked me to join the studio full-time as a product designer. The new role allowed me to keep evolving and fully develop the project I started which was amazing."
Almudena Casanueva is a product designer with immense passion to learn about digital-first branding and digital products. We paired her with Nieves Artajona, a branding expert who is now launching her own consultancy, A Community. The two worked together to design the brand and landing page of the business, an impactful process of co-creation and mentorship. Additionally, the program had Almudena working alongside Farco designers on client work where she was able to grow her understanding of digital product and scaling design.
In her own words “There wasn't one moment where I was looking at my watch wondering when the day would end. The opposite, I didn't want to leave because I wanted to keep improving the projects.”
